Personal Coaching
For personal coaching, as soon as payment for sessions is paid, you will be sent a schema assessment form to complete and the first session will be scheduled at the earliest possible day after the form has been submitted - preferably within a week.
Schema Assessment
As soon as payment is made for the assessment, you will be able to download a schema assessment form. Once you have completed this and sent it to christine@schematherapyonline.com, you will receive an email within 24 hours with your assessment scores and further questions to help you make sense of your scores.
'The video consult will be scheduled for within 2 weeks of the submission of the form and must be taken within 6 weeks of the date that you paid for the assessment.
Online Programme
Within 24 hours of the first monthly payment, you will receive your login details for the membership site , which contains the programme:
'Retrain your Brain, Reclaim your Life'.
You will continue to have access to the site until you cancel your monthly subscription. Within 24 hours of payment, you will also receive instructions on how to access the closed secret facebook group.
