By purchasing this program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions set by Recovery From Addiction Ltd (the registered company operating schematherapyonline.com). These terms outline your rights and responsibilities as a participant.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Recovery From Addiction Ltd (“Company”) provides access to the self-paced online program “Retrain Your Brain, Reclaim Your Life” (“Program”). By enrolling, you agree to abide by all policies outlined in this agreement.

Upon purchase, you receive:

  • Lifetime access to the course materials via a password-protected learning platform
  • Video, audio, and written lessons, including worksheets and templates
  • The flexibility to complete the program at your own pace

Note: This is a fully self-guided course. It does not include live coaching, community support, or personalized feedback.

Payment

  • The Program is available for a one-time payment of $297.
  • Payments are processed securely via Credit Card or Debit Card (via Stripe).

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email christine@schematherapyonline.com within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds will only be granted if:

  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
  • You provide a reason for your refund request to help us improve the program.

Refunds will not be granted after the 7-day period. Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be immediately revoked.

CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • The Program materials are for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, modify, or sell any of the content.
  • All course materials, methods, and templates are the intellectual property of Recovery From Addiction Ltd and are protected by copyright laws.
  • Any unauthorized distribution or resale will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

LIABILITY WAIVER

  • Engaging in self-development can bring up emotional challenges. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own mental and emotional well-being.
  • Recovery From Addiction Ltd is not liable for any distress or difficulties experienced during the program.
  • If you experience emotional distress, please seek local crisis support or professional help.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company is not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet failures, or governmental restrictions.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to revoke access if:

  • You violate these Terms & Conditions.
  • You engage in unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials.
  • You engage in disruptive or unethical behavior within the course platform.

If access is revoked due to a violation, no refunds will be issued.
