PERSONAL COACHING
Refunds of counselling packages will be issued within 14 days of payment if no part of the package has been used or if one session only has been used. In the latter case, a refund will be issued minus the cost of the session.
Healing from past trauma, schemas and rewiring old patterns takes time and commitment. It is human nature for motivation to wane. It is important to also understand that the brain naturally resists change and pushing through this resistance is what will help you achieve the goals you have for yourself.
If for some reason you cannot complete sessions within a package, you will have the opportunity to suspend your sessions for a maximum of 3 months. After this time, the package cannot be used.
In the event that a session needs to be rescheduled, 24 hours notice is required to avoid payment for the scheduled session.
SCHEMA ASSESSMENT
Refunds for the schema assessment will be issued if no part of the assessment has been utilised and the refund request is made within 14 days of purchase.
ONLINE PROGRAMME
The online programme is paid on a monthly basis and subscription can be cancelled at any time. However, there will be no refund of the months already used and paid for.
